Trade Autos BMW 3 Series a fabulous car
Hi I recently bought a BMW 3 series car on finance at a very reasonable price and I found Trade Auto to be very friendly and professional. They are very accommodating if you are honest and upfront. The car finance company Car Loans UK who I would. Not recommend as I was very unimpressed with their sales techniques and general handling of business and lack of communication and not responding in a timely manner. They were withholding Trade Autos money for the car even when both myself and Trade Auto had completed our due diligence but I assured them I will chase this up and ensure they get their money if they deliver the car. They delivered the car of course for a delivery fee but I was impressed with the way they handled the business of the car. I would highly recommend them for any future car purchases.

Very helpful and listened to my concerns, had a new MOT done at my request and acted on a couple of advisories before I bought the car. They have also given a 12 month warranty on the car.

"I had a great experience with this garage. The team was very welcoming, and the car viewing process was easy and pressure-free. I was able to look the car over without pressure and take a test drive, which was a big plus. Ali and the team were incredibly helpful throughout, and Mehdi, who delivered the car, was fantastic to deal with. Great lads here, just bought my Mrs a little Polo to run around in and they were honest from start to beginning, the warranty is a safe touch and good to know all the mechanical work can be done in house so they have a familiarity with the cars.
